Pavement Art

 Hi,

This is an amazing slideshow on pavement art. If you do not know a lot about pavement art you should see this blog post. It has so many amazing things to learn about because its a very amazing art people do in a job. When you read the slideshow it has a very cool picture of someone who did Pavement art on the street. It looks real but it is actually just a chalk drawing on the floor. People think it is real, so they walk around it. Please comment on it because it's something that I worked hard on.

Explanation Writing On Rainbows

 Hi,

You are about to see a wonderful explanation writing all about rainbows. It has a so many facts that explain how rainbows are formed. did you give a actually wonder how rainbows are formed? Well here's your chance about learning about rainbows. You probably didn't know all these amazing facts about rainbows. come on, read on.

How are rainbows formed?

Rainbows are colourful things in the sky and they appear when the sun reflects through water/water droplets. There are lots more things to know about rainbows, so read on and learn more about rainbows.

First when it was just raining the sun reflects in the water/water droplets and slows down in the water so then it becomes reflective.

After that the same thing happens again and again. as you might already know white contains all colours so all those droplets in the sky are reflected by a light (the sun). So the white gets the reflect from the sun in the droplet and slows down in the water droplets/water.

The reflection bounces off the droplets and reflects in the sky. Did you know that rainbows are full circles? You can't see it if you're standing on the ground because the rainbow is too low. But people on mountains, in Planes, and in other high places are lucky enough to see a full circle rainbow.

Germany Information Report

Hello again,

This is another imformation report about Germany. Its very interesting and it will inspire you a lot. It will tell you about the foods. the history, and much more. After you have finnished reading this information report about Germany I hope you will know alot more about Germany.

Germany

Hallo. Grüß dich! (‘‘Hello. Hello there’’ in german ) this is an information report about germany! You will learn about the locations, the history, their foods, their landmarks, the cultures and the traditions. Have fun!

The locations of Germany are very cool.

Did you Know that Germany is in Europe and  Germany covers 157,0027 square kilometers? It is the highest point too (2,962 meters) . Germany is a continent as well. The population of Germany is 81.5 million people. It is the most populous country in Europe ( exclusing russia ). Largest economy in Europe, 4th largest Economy in the world. The east central part of the country selther berlen is similar to the north of the country  with wet lands and sandy conditions. They are the most highest mountain area in the german alps

Do you know any german traditions?

This first tradition is called sauerbraten. It is a food and It’s very famous. The next tradition is the adventskalender which is a calendar that has chocolate inside to eat each day until christmas! It's really rare to get it for yourself because it’s normally a present for someone to give to. There  are lots of famous people  there too like Boris Becker, Heidi clum, Diane Kruger, Henry Kissinger, Claudia Schiffer, Dieter Bohlen, Kirsten Dunst, Tommy Haas and a whole bunch more.

The culture in Germany is very interesting.

Surprisingly germans open their presents for christmas at night! Another surprising thing in germany is sometimes october is september. They also love their holidays too. They also celebrate something called the oktoberfest. Most germans create gingerbread houses for christmas and they also complete with frosting and gumdrops too.

The german people have very fun landmarks.

A very famous one is the christmas market. As you have read germans love christmas. The christmas market is very fun for little and young children because there are lots of christmas toys and food for them. Also another landmark is that most Germans live in modern homes and Apartments because the average cost of land and construction is double or triple that in the United states. Add to this a much larger down payment of between 30 and 50 percent.

Have you ever tasted any of these German foods?

Beef rouladen is one of the most traditional meals when it comes to celebration . It is a yum meal they eat with lots of other things.  Another famous food in germany is jagerschnitzel which is one of the most popular foods. You will find it in every restaurant that offers german quizen. The last food that I will tell you is goulash. It is one of the most popular main dishes since the eighteen- hundreds.

Here are some of the history of germany.

One of them is the emperor Henry v. He was very famous. Same as the franks, that stuff was very famous too. The last one I know is the holy roman emperor. He was in a political situation brought about by charlemagne. Charlamagne was crowned emperor of the romans in 800 by pope Leo 11, but normally used as the title ’’king of the Franks’’.

This is about the lifestyle in germany.

Did you know most people in Germany can find jobs and have a middle class lifestyle? In Germany they also go on tranes a lot. The chocolate and food over there is wonderful too. Almost all the germans are christion there are a really big amount of people in the churches.

The black forest cake is famous for the black forest.

The black forest was created in Germany and it first appeared in 1930. It was inspired by the traditional black forest costumes the ladies wear. A black forest cake is probably the most loved flavor among the thousand available all over the world. Not just that but the black forest cake looks delicious. The black forest cake was first made by Josef Keller in 1915.

That's some really great facts about Germany here and sadly it's the end. I hope you learnt a lot more about germany and maybe you will go there one day in your life! (maybe again).

It also had blue sky and trees in the veiw. Then we collaborated with buddys and made a plan with them. When we finished the plan we wrote the paragraphs. Finally we inrodused our monsters in it and wrote a problem and solution. Lastly we made a pick-a-path from it. Have fun!

The adventure

WALT: use prior knowledge and context to predict what will happen next.

This week we had to predict what is going to happen next in the story. I chose to do ''The Helium Melon Seed Boy'' and now I am showing  you what I think is going to happen next on a Comix.

Mogoka

WALT: describe a character we have created.

Hi readers. In these last few weeks we have been reading ''Where the Wild Things Are'' and we had to create a monster that has different parts of some animals. My animal is part monkey, pig, dinosaur and camel. The parts are: a pig nose, a dinosaur tail (a stegasaurus tail), monkey hands, legs and head and a camel body. I also have a description about my monster.

* Plan on a Google Drawing then draw/colour on paper. Part of a large mural on our wall.

What are you waiting for? Hurry up and scroll down!

The monstrous creature I have created is called Mojoka. A weird name for a disgusting creature. It has an awfully disgusting nose like a pig and a monkey looking face, legs and arms. It also has a camel body and the tail is actually a stegosaurus tail.

When it hears someone snoring it gets so annoyed even though it snores itself when it sleeps. This monster eats bugs and dirt but its favorite food is you!

He is scary, disgusting, and mean. But he is also sometimes shy. He starts chasing you around before he eats you!

This monster was formed when a piglet, Dinosaur egg, monkey baby, and camel baby all got mushed up together in a big earthquake. A rainbow egg formed and hatched a dinosaur, monkey, pig, and camel animal!

The day my dad stole my christmas present

This Week our WALT for Reading is learning to monitor our reading to insure we have a full and deep understanding of what we read.

If you wanted to look at my reading create task here it is. I chose to do an animation about when the girl in the story thought she found the hot ear balloon but it was just a plastic bag so the reson I chose to do this part  is because it's about triing again because they didn't finds the hot air balloon that they were ment to find.

Hi👋. here is my reading create task. I did it on a renderforest. It is about what hapens befor and after matariki.

Matariki art

Hey. this is my matariki art. First we used a mountain shape and put it on the bottom of the black paper. Then we drew some thick lines on top of the mountain shape with pastels. After we finished that we smuged them upwards with the mountaian shape still on the paper. After that we got yellow pastels and drew them circular shapes in the sky for the matariki stars and also smuged them circular shapes too. lastly we drew tiny dots in the middle of the stars and also smuged them carefully. So thats how I made my matariki art! Have fun!
